1. Members will have unique opportunities to share their opinions regarding a wide range of saltwater fisheries management and policy issues. Their viewpoints will be taken into consideration when the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission makes fisheries management and policy decisions.

2. Data collected via the monthly surveys of panel members will be used: 1) To develop models to estimate the economic impact and value of saltwater fishing in Florida, 2) To assess the return-on-investment of saltwater hatcheries in Florida, 3) To estimate fishing efforts and catch rates in Florida, and 4) To describe the behaviors (e.g., conservation) of saltwater anglers in Florida.

3. Panel members will receive valuable incentives, such as fishing-related retail coupons or discounts, when they register and each time they complete an FSFP survey.
